This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.

Backtagging: Backtagging is fantastic. As long as there is mutual interest and the thread hasn't gone stale, I'm all for backtagging until completion.
Threadhopping: I'm okay with this, as long as there is a reason for it or if it's specified as welcome. If anything, contact me beforehand and we can discuss it.
Fourthwalling: Yes.
Canon puncture: Yes.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: This is fine.
Kissing this character: You can try but receptiveness will depend upon CR.
Flirting with this character: Go for it.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Keep in mind that he's a super solider, so his abilities are enhanced in comparison to the average human.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Superficial wounds are fine. Anything more than that requires discussion.
Killing this character: This also requires discussion.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: This is fine as well. Specific limits would be on a case-by-case basis.
